Produced by the Athanatos Online Apologetics Academy, the “Biblical Greek in a Flash” course is a 2 unit program that takes learners from knowing nothing about Greek to knowing enough to probe the original text behind the New Testament.
Upon completion of Unit 1, participants will be able to identify the Greek words behind the English translation and be able to use standard reference tools such as lexicons to learn more about those words. Upon completion of Unit 2, participants will have a better understanding of Greek grammar and have a small selection of important Greek words memorized.
This course is not meant to equip learners to be able to translate out of the Greek! This course is meant to give enough information so that Bible students can perform more in depth study of the Bible at the level of the original language. As such, it can be a basis for further study in Biblical Greek. Each unit can be completed in 3 to 6 weeks.
